During the COVID summer of 2020, my friends and I decided to take on an exciting DIY project and build a sailboat from scratch. We spent countless hours researching and planning, gathering materials, and working together to bring our vision to life. 

Despite facing challenges and obstacles along the way, we persevered and used our skills and creativity to build a catamaran capable of carrying 3 passengers. We tested multiple iterations and developed strong and lightweight multi-layer mast designs.

I led the team through the design, construction, and testing of the sailboat.
